This hotel is a prime choice for a quick layover in Nagano with good price-value balance. The check-in staff handed us a pack of Japanese snacks, which was a nice touch. Remember to bring 100 yen coins for the washer/dryer.

If you need change for the laundry, ask at the front desk instead of looking for a vending machine.

I recently stayed here for two nights and absolutely loved the onsen. it was such a treat after a long day! The breakfast had a nice variety, though I felt the offerings were a little misleading compared to the photos. I would definitely come back for the relaxing amenities!

Convenient Location with Great Amenities
This hotel is just a short walk from the station and right next to a 7-Eleven, making it super convenient for travelers. The public bath and sauna were fantastic after a long day of sightseeing, and I really appreciated the well-kept facilities. The room, while a bit small, was clean and functional. However, I wish the breakfast selection had more variety each day.

The Renewal Double Room with a Small Double Bed was spacious for a Japanese hotel. The staff here were really friendly and accommodating. They stored our bags when we arrived early, which was a nice touch. The onsen facilities were well-kept and a highlight after a long day. Loved the little library in the lobby. it added a relaxing vibe. However, the climate control in the room was a letdown. There was no temperature control, just a fan. I ended up perspiring at night during the autumn season when it was already cool outside. Another minor issue was the hotel-affiliated parking, which is a bit of a walk away. Still, the information amenities like the microwave and ice machine at the lobby were convenient.
